**Job Description**:

- Carry out research on STEM related program and enhancement
- Manage all R&D and lab tools & equipment. Ensure items are well maintained, utilised in proper manner and calibrated periodically.
- Create new & update project/program
- Establish and update related work instructions, including analysis method, product specification and documents of all projects/program on time.
- Exceptionally analytical and strategic minded, combining excellent communications skills to internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide training to teachers.
- Persistent and creative problem solver.
- Always maintain high output quality with consistency.
- Plan, supervise and implement program in accordance to the Company’s policy and framework.
- Compliance with any authority’s requirement and Company’s policy and procedures.
- Be a team player and provide full collaborations.
- Any other related task matters.

We are the pioneer in implementing STEM integration programs in Malaysia since year 2013. In the pursue of better education for future, in 2016, we advance our designed STEM to STEAM integration programs with addition of the Art dimension, blended in creativity component into our proprietary syllabus and streamlined programs. This again set us, The Little Makers, as the pioneer of STEAM education in Malaysia.

We educate the teaching of STEM/STEAM in a fun and interactive way, encouraging children to learn through observational and experiential learning, either it's dissecting a frog or building their own robot/machines.
