Store Auditor

Job Description:

- Track, document and resolve any discrepancies on received orders.
- Ensure accuracy of the facility’s inventory system by updating records of physical inventory totals, receipts, adjustments, and returns.
- Manage inventory/supplies and ensure they are within the established minimum and maximum levels.
- Keep up-to-date records of receipts, records, and withdrawals from the stockroom.
- Responsible for packing, pricing, labeling, and returning supplies.
- Responsible for stock rotation and coordinate the disposal of surpluses.
- Oversee the handling of freight, the movement of equipment.
- Assist with stores and warehouse stocktake and ensure completion of all stocktake investigations.
- Conduct stores surprise audit accordance with the checklists at least one store per day.
- Brief the audit findings during exit meetings with store manager.
- Draft, finalize and share the audit findings and reports with management.
- Conduct case investigation on non-compliance case report to HQ for required action
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management that deemed relevant

Job Requirements:

- Possess a Diploma/Degree in related field.
- Good command in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Basic knowledge in using Microsoft software (Excel, Word and Google Sheet).
- Fast learner with good time management skill

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
