**Responsibilities**:

- Assist work progress from beginning until handover project.
- Monitoring and coordinating construction works at the site, especially on Architectural works.
- Ensure all work is done in accordance with the specification in good workmanship practice and without delay on progress.
- Controlling of resources such as materials and ensuring all material and machinery delivered to site conform to the purchase order.
- Control and manage subcontractors at the site.
- Ensure all workers comply with safety regulations on-site.
- Prepare and submit a proper record of site diary, site measurement, and project progress report.
- Daily supervision and monitoring of workers, sub-con, machinery, materials at the site.
- Prepare and maintain up-to-date records on all materials at the site.

**Requirements**:

- At least a recognized Diploma / Professional Certificate in Architecture or its equivalent.
- Minimum 3-5 years of work experience in the construction of building projects (high-rise building-related experience).
- Good communication and technical reporting skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Applicant must be willing to work in Mont' Kiara, Kuala Lumpur.
