**Responsibilities**:

- List-ID**:**2Today 11:09The Storekeeper is focussed on organising and managing the incoming and outgoing goods of the warehouse.
- The position reports directly to the Operation Executive. Your journey will start with an Orientation and a series of product & process training by Operation Executive & Product Engineer.Daily job scope:
- Prepare and release the right items with correct quantity from warehouse based on approved Delivery Order.
- Check quantity of incoming stocks against Delivery Order.
- Key in the items and quantity for both incoming & outgoing stocks into stock card.
- Organise and assist workers in all QC Check process for any incoming goods as outlined in company's product SOP.
- Organise and assist workers in assembly and packing of products to ensure all products are ready for delivery as and when required.
- Manage and control returned faulty items. The Storekeeper is responsible to ensure any outgoing parts or products for replacement under warranty must be returned by service technician or outsourced plumber.
- To prepare Product Return Form, organise worker to check the returned faulty items if the product or part is confirmed in faulty condition; repairable or non repairable conditions and report to Operation Executive for further action.
- Maintain cleanliness of warehouse and every item and tool must be kept and stored in an organised manner.

Monthly job scope:
- Perform physical stock take for all items in warehouse and prepare a stock count & report.
- Check and ensure the physical stock take quantity for each and every item tally with stock card.
- Check and ensure quantity of faulty items and parts received tally with what we released from warehouse for replacement under warranty.

**Requirement: -**
- 20~30 years old is preferred
- Posses valid driving license
- The working hours is from 9am - 530pm with from Monday to Saturday;- Daily Huddle Meeting with Operation Executive at 10:15am.
- The position is required to work beyond the specific working hours as and when required.
