- Minimum of 2 years of experience in maintenance operations, preferably in the construction or renovation industry.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures and techniques.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to problem-solve and make decisions under pressure.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and protocols.

**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM4,200.00 per month
