**Roles and Responsibilities**:
1. Inventory Management
- Keep track of inventory, order materials, and prevent shortages or excess. Make sure materials are stored correctly and safely.

2. Team Management
- Lead and train store staff, assign tasks, and create a positive team environment.

3. Materials Handling
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming materials. Label materials for easy access.

4. Documentation and Reporting
- Keep accurate records of inventory activities. Create reports on inventory levels and trends.

5. Process Improvement
- Find ways to make store operations better and more efficient.

6. Safety and Compliance
- Follow safety rules and make sure materials are stored safely. Follow company policies and regulations.

7. Training and Growth
- Train store staff and stay up-to-date with best practices.

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably contract manufacturing experiences.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Bayan Lepas.
- Familiar with Store/warehouse management in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to comprehend and implement changes, detail oriented with sincere desire to produce accurate, quality oriented work and a very positive attitude.

**Salary**: From RM1,600.00 per month
