DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1)Collect soiled laundry in laundry bags from guest. 2)Check and sort out soiled laundry from guest in laundry room. Check and note down number and pieces of soiled laundry collected and tally with laundry list filled up by guest. 3)Check on condition of laundry sent. Notify guest if there is buttons missing or torn and number of pieces not tally. 4)Follow up on laundry sent on emergency or express service. These must be on time. 5)Collect soiled linen from maids trolley and sent up clean linen supply to pantries. 6)Assist in the linen room and any other duties assigned by the executive housekeeper or the assistant housekeeper. 7)Pack and send clean laundry to guest room as soon as possible. 8)To cooperate with laundry supervisor to count and record of soiled linen. 9)Receiving of clean linen from outside contractor. 10)Collecting of guest laundry from room when required. 11)Check, tagging and recording of guest laundry. 12)Ensure washing of laundry with the right amount of chemical used. 13)Report on torn and discarded linen. 14)Collect soiled linen from pantries and send up cleaned linen.
