Business Coordinator

**Requirements**
- Having Sales/Marketing experience will be an advantage.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin as the role require to deal with Mandarin speaking clients occasionally.
- Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills.
- Adaptable to change, able to pivot and find alternate solutions, demonstrated capability in meeting new challenges.
- Highly independent and good problem solving skills, able to navigate unexpected situations or conditions.
- Required Skill(s): Good communication skill, customer service skill, computer literacy, planning and management.
- Able to start work as soon as possible will be an added advantage.

**Responsibility**
- Update Daily Sales Delivery Order and Received report for Top Management and other related department.
- Update Daily Delivery Order to issue Invoice in the Master System.
- Issue Invoice, Proforma Invoice and Sales Contract for export customers.
- Handling and follow up with customers’ enquiries regarding purchase order received, delivery, pricing, customer feedback, sample can requisition.
- Follow up closely on delivery arrangement with suppliers and ensure that orders have been fulfilled correctly and that the goods are in line client requirements.
- Prepare monthly sales report and sales analysis for Top Management.
- Visiting both existing and potential clients when necessary.
- To perform any assignment assigned by the immediate superior or Top Management.
