**QMS Assistant**
(Bukit Rahman Putra Industrial Park, Sungai Buloh)

**Responsibilities**:

- Attention to detail and a commitment to upholding quality standards and regulatory requirement.
- Ensure the company retains its ISO 9001:2015 certification.
- To assist QMS Executive on planning, managing, conducting and implementing QMS for the company.
- To assist with Internal Audits conducted by certification bodies or regulatory agencies.
- To perform additional task assigned by immediate superior from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in Risk Management
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 Standards and experience implementing and maintaining QMS.
- Basic knowledge in creating, review and understanding flow charts and Work Instruction.
- At least 1 year(s) in basic knowledge in Document Control.
- Experience conducting internal audits and facilitating Management Review meetings.
