Job Summary: To promote the MyHealth360 apps that launched in April 2023. Job Requirements: 1) To do daily rounds for all clinics to promote the MyHealth360 apps. 2) To assist patients to download the MyHealth360 and explain the function accordingly. 3) To assist patients in making appointments and payment using the MyHealth360 apps. 4) To record the issue faced by patients relating to the MyHealth360 apps and escalate accordingly. 5) To feedback to the patients on any issue faced after the issue has been rectified.
