** Network Infrastructure**
- ** Monitor and optimize IT performance**: Oversee end-to-end performance monitoring, ensuring metrics and reliability targets are achieved.
- ** Document and support all systems**: Maintain comprehensive documentation for project management, deployment, and operational procedures. Provide technical support for IT infrastructure devices.
- ** Manage system updates**: Implement new releases via the Patch Management Process for system components affecting operations.
- ** Ensure service continuity**: Backup and restore IT infrastructure components to guarantee crucial services in disaster scenarios
- ** Collaborate with vendors**: Resolve issues and implement new technologies with key IT infrastructure hardware vendors.
- ** Provide technical expertise**: Offer technical guidance and support for fault resolution during escalated incidents.
- ** Design and implement network solutions**: Design network solutions aligned with business needs.
- ** Configure and manage network devices**: Configure and install network devices like routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPNs, and QoS.
- ** Troubleshoot network issues**: Monitor network performance and troubleshoot latency, packet loss, and bandwidth utilization.
- ** Skills Needed**: IT Network and systems architecture understanding, Network Switch, Firewall, Microsoft OS (server and client), O365, Exchange, Virtual Machines, SAN/NAS Storage.

2. **Hardware**
- Manage and monitor all IT equipment including server, notebook, desktop PC, Printer, network equipment are in operable condition, this includes the support, setup and installation of software and hardware.
- Responsible for day-to-day system administration, including Active Directory (AD), mailbox and file server and perform and ensure data and system backup.
- Vendor sourcing & procurement, IT Asset maintenance report and documentation.
- Provide system support to all user related to IT.
- Assist other IT member with project /ad hoc assignment, as necessary.
