Linehaul & Fleet Coordinator

Job description

(In another word as vehicle management coordinator)
- Oversee the day-to-day operation and position all shipments in the linehaul operation to ensure on-time service.
- Reduce total company schedules and empty miles to reduce cost without compromising service; suggest network design changes to improve hub operation flow productivity.
- Assist and supervise all activity relating to hub operation centres and reship operations within your assigned area to ensure cost-effective use of company assets and that all employees are adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Monitor schedules within your area of responsibility to verify load factor and utility of equipment.
- Communicate problems up the chain of command until the problem is resolved.
- Provide leadership the direction necessary to improve the accuracy and timeliness of linehaul projections.
- Concentrate on the fundamentals of service, quality, administrative compliance, and communication.
- Responsible to update with HQ operation on Linehaul matters.
- Preferable for those who has GDL/E-lesen
- Any ad-hoc task which is required by the management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ipoh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

- E-lesen (preferred)
