Position: Food Tech Location: Taman Maluri, KL (with frequent travel to various outlets)

Job Summary: As a Food Tech at Kopi Saigon, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our existing outlets. You will be in charge of monitoring, checking, and conducting audits at each outlet to maintain consistent quality and compliance with company standards. Additionally, you will be actively involved in identifying and evaluating potential new outlets for expansion.

**Responsibilities**:
Outlet Monitoring and Quality Assurance:Regularly visit Kopi Saigon outlets to assess their operational performance and compliance with company standards.
Conduct thorough inspections to ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene regulations.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock management.
Review and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with outlet managers and staff to address any issues and provide support when needed.

Outlet Auditing: Perform comprehensive audits of existing outlets to assess operational efficiency and compliance.
Evaluate customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
Review and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) as needed to optimize outlet performance.
Ensure that all outlets consistently deliver a positive and consistent customer experience.

New Outlet Expansion: Work closely with the management team to identify potential locations for new outlets.
Conduct feasibility studies and market research to evaluate the viability of new outlets.
Collaborate with various stakeholders, including property owners and contractors, to negotiate and finalize outlet locations.
Oversee the setup and launch of new outlets, ensuring they adhere to company standards and brand identity.

Reporting and Documentation:Maintain accurate records of outlet visits, audit findings, and improvement plans.
Generate regular reports on outlet performance, identifying key areas for enhancement.
Present findings and recommendations to the management team.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Food Technology, Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in food industry management, food technology, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations and industry best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently to various outlets within Malaysia.

**Salary**: RM2,300.00 - RM8,500.00 per month
