Technician (Plumber)

**Job Summary**

Installs, maintains, and repairs pipes and fixtures associated with heating, cooling, water distribution, and sanitation systems.

**Job Requirements**:

- 1-2 years relevant working experience.
- Good team player, self-confident, reliable, minimum supervision.
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Responsible to perform daily repair and preventive maintenance.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform work assignment in accordance with the schedule as assigned by the supervisor, Executive or Assistant Manager.
- Perform all maintenance and repair with speed and thoroughness.
- Note, in writing on the work order request sheet, any additional repairs or any condition that may require special explanation to the others department and guest.
- Provide complete and accurate realty written description of repairs, and maintenance performed on the work request order sheet of the repair assigned.
- Interprets blueprints and building specifications to map layout for pipes, drainage systems, and other plumbing material.
- Installs pipes and fixtures, such as sinks and toilets, for water, gas, steam, air, or other liquids.
- Installs supports for pipes, equipment, and fixtures prior to installation.
- Assembles fittings and valves for installation.
- Modifies length of pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing materials as needed for a building.
- Tests plumbing systems for leaks and other problems.
- Performs inspections of plumbing systems to identify and replace worn parts.

**Salary**: From RM1,800.00 per month
