IT Executive

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for supporting and maintaining the company’s IT systems
- Provide effective IT assistance across all aspects of the Company and will provide back up and support to the IT Manager.
- Responsible for supporting and maintaining the Microsoft Server and Desktop operating systems, and Microsoft Exchange environment plus general maintenance of all IT-related hardware/software.
- Exposure to a broad range of IT-related projects and activities.
- Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems
- Install and upgrade computer components and software, and integrate automation processes.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software, prioritizing problems, and assessing impact of issues.
- Manage / troubleshoot the network/Wi-Fi for Offices.
- To be single point of contact to report connectivity issue VSAT/Mobile signal for the estate.
- Manage and support for CCTV operations.
- Support PABX/Key phone system for the offices.
- Provides technical support and troubleshooting services for Robotics System.
- Knowledge in IOT (internet of thing) especially in agriculture technologies.
