Stock Officer

**Position: Stock Officer**

**Salary: 2,500-3,000**

**Location: Reko Sentral, Kajang**

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensuring drug entry and exit activities meet the company's objectives.
- Process and prepare medicine according to the purchase order from the clients.
- Ensuring that every medicine that comes out needs to be accompanied by photographic evidence before being put into the box.
- Prepare delivery order and invoice for each drug sale.
- Ensuring that invoices and delivery orders are issued immediately.
- Arrange the delivery of medicine to the client.
- Make the purchase of medicine at the right time at a reasonable price.
- Checking the type and quantity of drugs that need to be added again according to the set par level.
- Revise the par level quantity every 3 months.
- Prepare a purchase order to be submitted to the supplier for the purchase of medicines.
- Responsible for performing a visual inspection of each incoming and outgoing stock, photo evidence is included, if there is a difference in stock receipt or stock production should contact the supplier or client immediately and inform the head of the department as soon as possible.
- Make a GRN for the receipt of goods received according to the supplier and take evidence pictured for stock received.
- Ensure stock that will expire within 6 months is issued and notified to the Head of the Department in addition to including a list of related stocks during the monthly stock check.
- Conduct monthly stock checks at designated times.
- Provide monthly inspection reports along with proper justification.
- Prepare a drug price comparison report every 3 months.
- Provide an updated list of suppliers every 3 months.
- Provide new medicines that are requested to be used by each branch.
- The presentation of the stock report to the head of the department should happen every month.
- Report immediately if there is a problem in stock management.
- Preparation of procurement planning for a period of one year.
- Stock Card Preparation is done well and updated immediately.
- Preparation of shelf labels according to available drugs.
- Ensure the layout of stock according to the specified specifications.

**Education & Job Requirement**:

- Degree in Pharmacy, or a similar field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience as a stock officer or in a similar position.
- Experienced working in clinic or hospital setting would be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and purchasing software.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Supervisory and management experience.
- Attention to detail.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
