**Penyimpanan Rekod Kewangan**:
Ini melibatkan pengekalan rekod kewangan yang tepat dan terkini, termasuk akaun belum bayar dan akaun belum terima, memastikan semua transaksi direkodkan dan didokumenkan dengan betul.
**Kemasukan Data**:
Mengendalikan jumlah kemasukan data kewangan, termasuk invois, laporan perbelanjaan, pesanan pembelian dan resit. Memastikan bahawa semua entri adalah tepat dan dimasukkan ke dalam perisian perakaunan atau hamparan yang sesuai.
**Akaun Belum Bayar**:
Memproses invois daripada vendor, mengesahkan ketepatan caj, mendapatkan kelulusan untuk pembayaran dan menyediakan cek atau memulakan pembayaran elektronik.
**Akaun Belum Terima**:
Mencipta dan menghantar invois kepada pelanggan, menjejaki pembayaran, membuat susulan ke atas akaun tertunggak dan menyelaraskan percanggahan.
**Penyelarasan Bank**:
Membandingkan rekod kewangan dalaman dengan penyata bank untuk memastikan ia sepadan dan menyiasat serta menyelesaikan sebarang percanggahan.
**Membantu dengan Laporan Kewangan**:
Membantu menyediakan laporan kewangan seperti kunci kira-kira, penyata pendapatan dan penyata aliran tunai dengan mengumpul dan menyusun data kewangan yang berkaitan.
**Pengurusan Perbelanjaan**:
Memantau dan menjejaki perbelanjaan, mengesahkan laporan perbelanjaan yang dikemukakan oleh pekerja, dan memastikan pematuhan dengan dasar dan prosedur syarikat.
**Membantu Audit**:
Memberi sokongan semasa audit dalaman atau luaran dengan mengumpulkan dokumen dan maklumat yang diminta serta membantu juruaudit mengikut keperluan.
**Tugas** **Pentadbiran Am**:
Menjawab panggilan telefon, membalas e-mel, memfailkan dokumen dan tugas pentadbiran lain seperti yang diberikan.
**Projek Kewangan Ad Hoc**:
Membantu dengan projek atau tugas kewangan khas seperti yang diberikan oleh penyelia atau pengurusan, termasuk analisis data, penyelidikan atau penambahbaikan proses.
**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
