**Job responsibilities**:

- Manage and schedule CEO’s meetings & calendars
- Take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings as and when necessary
- Help and assist with daily time management
- Run errands as and when requested
- Plan travel, including flights, accommodation and ground transportation
- Coordinate events and speaking engagements

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the administrative role or related field is preferred.
- Required language(s): CN, English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong interpersonal skills & time-management, active listening & good communication skills, hardworking, willing to learn and possess positive attitude.
- Computer literate and proficient in MS Office (Words, Excel & Power Point).
- Flexible to travel as and when required.
- Able to work in a highly collaborative team environment as well as working independently.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Seri Alam (Masai), Balakong (KL) and oversea.
