**Primary Objective**:

- Provide legal advisory and/or review/drafting contracts or agreements and revert within stipulated turnaround time;
- Attend to claims and litigation matters within stipulated timeframe;
- Provide legal advisory on ad-hoc projects in a timely manner.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Draft, review and advise on a broad range of banking - related and commercial contracts.
- Draft, review and advise on ISDA related matters.
- Assist in handling dispute related matters.
- Advise and participate in branch - related projects.
- Working together with multiple internal stakeholders to prepare and advise on legal documentation, internal policies and procedures.
- Manage external counsels effectively when engaged.
- Keep abreast with the relevant laws and regulations relating to financial institutions.
- Carry out any other duties as assigned by the Section Head of Legal.
- Requirements

**Requirements**:
Bachelor Degree - Law.
- At least 3-5 years’ related banking experience preferably acting as in-house counsel
- Resourceful and a good team player
- Good time management skills and ability to multi-task
- Good communication and inter-personal skills
