Responsible for payroll processing and all related matters in compliance with regulatory requirements.
To assist HR Manager in recruitment activities for all levels of employees.
To assist and support other departments on employee relations matters to ensure effective management on disciplinary, grievances and performance issues.
Responsible for all training related programs and activities; conduct Training Needs Analysis, arrangement of training program, HRDF claiming, staff orientation and ensure all training records, training course evaluation and training feedback are recorded and updated in timely manner.
To ensure workplace safety and environmental friendly operation via complying with Integrated Management System (IMS) and legal requirements; and upkeep good housekeeping at all times.
To undertake any other assignment as given by immediate superior or management.
REQUIREMENT
Tertiary education or Diploma or Degree in related field.
Minimum 5 years experience in related field.
