Accounts Clerk Office Assistant

**PM Advisors** is a fast growing fintech company specializing in cashless payment solutions to our clients. We service top banks in Malaysia in their acquiring business and a wide range of merchants business portfolios.
**Responsibilities**
- Bookkeeping and general accounting in AutoCount Accounting Software.
- Creating and maintaining spreadsheets.
- Verifying claims and processing Commission payments and deposit slips.
- Assist in issuing Invoices.
- Prepare weekly Payment Vouchers.
- Manage both AP & AR
- Maintains accounting records by making copies and filing documents.
- Performing basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, answering phones, etc.
- Purchase office stationery, operations materials & beverages.
- Supporting Merchant Admin Team.
- Assist Office Manager.
- Assisting and performing any other tasks or assignments as may be requested by management from time to time.
**Requirements**:
- Fresh graduates with demonstrable skills in supporting performance management are encouraged to apply.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English and Chinese (will be an advantage).
- Meticulous with an eye for detail.
- Computer literate.
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Internet, AutoCount Accounting Software
- Able to multi-task, work independently with mínimal supervision and work beyond regular working hours if required in order to meet timelines and objectives.
- Good working attitude, self-discipline, wiling to learn and a good team player.
- Able to communicate at all levels.
- Able to handle and manage work related pressure.
- Working location: Bandar Sri Damansara, Kuala Lumpur.
