1. Based on the production plan set by superior, translator need to coordinate the reasonable manpower allocation to maximize the target.

根据上级领导下达的生产目标，翻译组织协调现有人员的合理安排，保证目标最大化。

2. Responsible for employee attendance, report, performance appraisal, improve the product one-time pass rate.

负责人员出勤，报表，绩效考核，产品一次性合格率的提升。

3. Execute operation SOP of process and equipment department, ensure operation follow the SOP, ensure the quality and quantity of output.

执行工艺、设备操作规范标准，确保人员按SOP要求作业，保质保量产出。

4. Responsible solve the sudden abnormality during on duty, assists and collaborate to solve the problem with other department on time, improve efficiency, lower the cost.

负责处理当班的突发异常，及时主导辅助部门配合处理，提高效率，降低成本。

5. Implement hazard identification, environmental factor identification and risk assessment control work; implement the company's safety, environment, and occupational health systems; cooperate with the reporting and investigation of accidents and incidents;
实施危险源识别、环境因素识别与风险评价控制工作；执行公司安全、环境、职业健康方面的各项制度；配合事故、事件的报告及调查处理；

6. Strictly implement the company's management system documents to ensure the effective operation of this process/position.

严格执行公司的管理体系文件，确保本工序/岗位有效运行。

7. At the end of each month, personnel attendance and performance will be sorted out and handed over to HR, and staff's resignation and other matters will be handled.

每月底将人员考勤，绩效整理好交由人事，并办理员工的转正辞职等事务

8. Other tasks assigned by superior.

完成领导下发的其他翻译工作；

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
