Academic Tutor

**Responsibilities**:

- To study and to be familiar with company specialized designing software
- To host, planning & conduct training program, tutorial classes to internal interior designers, staff member & users
- To provide assistance (understanding the issue / problem, explaining the problem and solving the problem by providing accurate tech solutions) to users with technology-related issues
- Conduct social media platform live tutorial class
- Daily technical support on Discord & Telegram
- Marking all the submissions by giving marks, comments and feedback
- Sorting all the submission record for backup
- Conduct 1 to 1 consultation when needed
- Notify software support team for bugs issues and follow up closely for the solutions
- Explore software tools and get updates from software support team

**Requirements**:

- Relevant Diploma, Degree in interior design, architecture or related field
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proficient in using industry-standard interior design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign), and 3D modeling software
- Experience in virtual teaching will be an advantage
- Commitment to teaching, team player, self-motivated, responsible, and pleasant personality
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field (Fresh graduates with strong academic credentials may also apply)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
