1. Daily mould set-up according to Mould/Insert Change Requisition issued by
planner.

2. Advance preparation of mould and tools to achieve shortest set-up time.

3. Confirmation of raw material availability and preheating.

4. Setting referred to standard moulding condition then record optimum moulding parameters onto Daily Mould Check Sheet (PD11).

5. Confirm part according to quality requirements before submitting to IPQC for 1st piece confirmation approval.

6. 1st hour monitoring to ensure production consistency.

7. Regular discussion with superior on mould problems affecting quality for necessary action to be carry-out.

8. Strictly observed safety awareness and proper house-keeping at all time.

**Requirement**:

- Preferred male only

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
