Account Assistant/executive

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as data entry, invoice processing, and expense tracking.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software.
- Utilize database to organize financial account information.
- Handle account inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage account balances to discover outstanding debts or other inconsistencies.
- Perform internal audits on financial activities as deemed necessary.
- Provide support in accounts transactions, including checking, verification, and follow-up.

**Requirement**:

- At least one year of working experience in accounting, finance, or related field preferred.
- Computer literate.
- Excellent communication skills, with a strong work ethic and self-motivation.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
- Knowledge of Autocount software is advantageous.
- Immediate availability to commence work.
- Monday to Friday 5 days work week, 8 am - 5 pm
- 14 days Public Holiday
- Performance Bonus
- Working Location: Jalan Glasiar, Taman Tasek, Johor Bahru.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
