Front Office Sales Agent

Follows schedules set by the business; IEX, attendance, adherence, etc.
- Upselling and cross selling
- Sales Skills including positioning products to meet customer’s need.
- Focus on building value to position product
- Ask appropriate open-ended / Probing questions
- Strong closing when asking for the sale and skillful use of assumptive sales techniques.
- Ability to identify potential sale/revenue.
- Rebuttal objections
- Strive to overcome objections/hesitation in Sales Calls and Attempt to close the sale (3 attempts for Direct Guest Sales Calls) including to create a lead if needed.
- Assist Guests and /or Travel Partners in providing reservation pricing and availability, aiming to close the sale for the inquired cruise dates and ships.
- Addresses issues, inquiries and complaints providing an update and/or resolution by phone (striving for a one-call resolution)
- Review exceptions to policy with resolution which makes good business sense, are within established guidelines and in line with our business practices; **must have prior approval by Supervisor/SME**:
- Handles special occassions, Royal Gifts, dietary needs, adding OBC, etc.
- Processes and enters all dining requests
- Finalizes and processes amenities in Legasuite, AS400, Siebel IDS and any other required system(s).
- Performs other duties as required.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate
**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM3,700.00 per month
