Achieve store sales target and maximise profitability
- Upsell and cross-sell products
- Ensure customer support and engagement, and assist Store in-charge in managing customers’ expectations and complaints
- Ensure the store cleanliness with an organised appearance at all times
- Ensure proper sales and accounting for money, cashier transactions and other payment services
- Participate in stock-take, replenish and arranging products and assisting to ensure operational and executional efficiency within the store
- Supervise, coach and coordinate activities of junior staff and ensuring their efficiency at the store
- Overseeing new hires, conduct training, assist in administrative functions for the store when needed
- Performing the responsibilities of the Store in-charge whenever he/she is not around
- Liaise with internal stakeholders where needed

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
