Music Teacher

**Job description**

**Teacher Responsibilities**:

- Deliver engaging and interactive music lessons that cater to students' varying abilities and learning styles.
- Supervising classes to ensure all students are learning in a safe and productive environment.
- Delivering personalized instruction to each student by encouraging interactive learning.
- Planning and implementing educational activities and events.
- Ensuring classroom is clean and orderly.
- Preparing and distributing periodic progress reports and semester report cards.
- Attending parent-teacher meetings.
- Evaluating and documenting students’ progress.
- Allocating and grading homework, assignments, and tests.

**Teacher Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Music Education, Music Performance, or a related field.
- Experience in KSSR syllabus is added advantage
- A minimum of 2 years experience as a teacher is added advantage
- In-depth knowledge of teaching methods and legal educational procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, parents, colleagues, and school administrators.
- Well-organized with excellent leadership abilities.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: RM500.00 - RM1,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 8 - 10 per week
