L Beauty is a joint venture between LVMH Perfumes and Cosmetics and LUXASIA for the distribution and business development of some of its Beauty brands in South East Asia. The portfolio of L Beauty comprises brands such as Benefit Cosmetics and MAKE UP FOR EVER.

**Position Purpose**:
Reporting to Finance Manager for JV (L Beauty), this role will partner with the Business Unit's Managers and support groups to provide the necessary guidelines, strategies, plans, processes and controls in the region and divisional brand P&Ls.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Budgeting/Forecasting & Variance Analysis
- Lead and build the budget with brand managers and regional business controllers
- Analyze revenue, profitability by brand/customer/channel/market with quality commentary
- Provide analytical support to cross-functional initiatives and ad hoc projects and cashflow forecast
- Systematic variance analysis with quality commentary/business insight to support business objectives

Financial Reporting
- Prepare monthly management reports for the brands & review results with management
- Lead the actualization and analysis of monthly P&L, KPI, present divisional brand P&L and highlights with recommended action plans as required
- Work with finance team to ensure the integrity, accuracy of the accounting records, as well as in compliance with general accounting principles

Business Partnering
- Serves as the primary finance business partner and controller to support business operations by partnering with business teams to meet corporate objectives and decision support
- Conducts annual pricing analysis and reviews for pillar brands and recommends action to business managers
- Manage and lead the development of analyses, simulation models/business cases to support planning, pricing, and decision making

Compliance
- In charge of retail audit & internal audit of the Company
- Ensure robust process and adequate internal controls are in place
- Contact point for HQ Internal Auditors
- Deploy Company’s new SOP and any changes to existing SOP

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in Finance and Controlling, preferred to have some regional exposure but not required
- FMCG industry experience highly desired, but not mandatory
- Commercially minded, pragmatic in approach with high attention to detail
- Creative and innovative attitude, always looking for new ways to improve current activities
- Highly organised self-starter with the ability to prioritise. A multi-tasker who is able to achieve deadlines and a team player who is able to work with multiple teams.
- Strong influencing skills with the ability to lead and build relationship with stakeholders. Able to recognise senior stakeholders’ priorities and understand the optimal way of presenting information.
