**Brand Environment**
- Develop and execute brand environment strategies aligned with our brand vision and business goals.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure consistency in brand communication.
- Implement brand guidelines in retail stores for a consistent brand experience.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and partners for successful brand environment projects.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies.
- Oversee store layout planning for an enhanced shopping experience.
- Collaborate with store design teams to create functional and visually stunning retail spaces.

**Visual Merchandising**
- Design and implement visually appealing merchandise displays to maximize sales.
- Stay updated on industry trends for innovative visual merchandising techniques.
- Collaborate with marketing and merchandising teams for effective promotional strategies.
- Train store staff on merchandising techniques to ensure a skilled team.
- Regularly update displays to feature new products and react to market changes.
- Manage visual merchandising project budgets for cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
- Requirements:_
- Bachelor's Degree in Retail Management, Fashion Design, Visual Merchandise or any related field.
- Demonstrated expertise in brand environment projects and visual merchandising within the fashion retail sector.
- Strong proficiency in creative and conceptual thinking.
- Outstanding project management and organizational skills.
- In-depth understanding of current fashion trends and consumer behavior.
- Proficient in relevant software tools for design and project management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM6,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
