**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**:

- Review and provide comments on the annual tax computations for the Group which will be prepared by the external tax consultants.
- Assist the Tax Manager to prepare/update the annual transfer pricing documentations, other tax documentation and reports required.
- Support the Tax Manager in managing tax audits/investigations and to prepare responses to tax-related enquiries from the Inland Revenue Board.
- Provide advice or any other assistance to the Finance team on withholding taxes, import service taxes and any other tax related matters.
- Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations and communicate any potential impact to the organisation.
- Perform any other ad-hoc projects as assigned from time-to-time.

**Person Specifications**

**Education & Qualification**
- Degree in Finance, Accounting or any other related field. Possessing or pursuing a professional qualification is an added advantage (MIA/ ACCA/ CPA etc).

**Relevant Experience & Years of Service**
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in a medium to large accounting firm.

**Technical Skills & Professional Knowledge**
- Corporate tax work experience.
- Exposure to transfer pricing and / or indirect taxes is an added advantage.

**Competencies**
- Possess strong work ethics, i.e. responsible, dedicated and able to complete assigned tasks by due dates.
- Self-motivated and independent, without a need for constant supervision.
- Is a team player who is able to work collaboratively with others in the organization.
- Have a strong command in written and spoken English.
