Clinical Sales Specialist

**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Scrub Technician at United Life Cafe Sdn Bhd located in **Selangor, Penang, Sabab and Sarawak**. The Scrub Technician will be responsible for preparing, organizing and maintaning the equipment and instruments needed during surgical procedures, They may also be responsible for cleaning and sterilizing the equipment during procedures.

**MAIN JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES**:
(Essential duties & responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned)
- Promote company’s healthcare and spinal products to all clinicians and surgeons in an assigned territory, in/out of the operating room setting
- Educate clinicians, nurses, or medical personnel on the proper use of company's healthcare products (eg: in-service & product demonstration, sales pitches, etc)
- Develop relationships with key clinicians, surgeons, nurses, clinic assistants, OR staff and hospital administration
- Participating in related medical trade shows, exhibition, conventions, and/or clinical meeting & workshops
- Managing and maintaining products inventory and instruments
- Provide succinct and meaningful reports on a regular basis regarding market progress to your immediate superior

**JOB QUALIFICATION / REQUIREMENTS**:
1. Knowledge/Education
Diploma in any relevant disciplines with healthcare experience is prioritised

2. *Medical/Marketing, Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, Sciences or other relevant certification

3. Skills/Competency Required
Self driven & ability to handle stress
Able to execute assigned tasks independently with mínimal supervision
Great Interpersonal communication skills
Be familiar with the practise in Operating and Procedure Room (training will be provided)
