Nusajaya, Malaysia Allied Precision Manufacturing (M) Sdn Bhd Full time

You are required to manage master planning, material processes and systems, prepare and update production schedules and purchasing needs.
- You are required to plan and execute production and delivery
- You are assist to create and release production orders and ensure on-time closing of production orders under SAP
- Work closely with cross departments to update demand forecast
- You are required to prepare weekly ops report on the performance of production and highlight issues and bottlenecks that may potentially impact the achievement of the production schedule, materials planning,
- You are required to review and control the production progress, follow-up with relevant departments to eliminate delays by expediting material shipments
- You will works closely with purchasing and warehouse/logistics groups to ensure on-time receipt, delivery of materials and finished goods shipments
- You are required to monitors and co-ordinates on material shortages, expediting and ensuring material availability to support production plan
- You are required to analyse, prepare and submit monthly/quarterly reports on inventory, aging valuation, order delivery and service -provider performance.
- You will assists in developing, maintaining and improving existing processes, procedures and key performance metrics
- Responsible in production, material supply planning control as well as purchasing.
- Schedule the supply of materials/ components to meet the production requirements and minimum safety stock levels to ensure operational and production continuity.
- Plan, develop, implement and evaluate processes for material delivery from supplier to point of fit.
- Assess volume requirements against planning assumptions.
- Day-to-day order management and management of deliveries.
- Take follow up actions in relation to material shortages that affect production.
- Any other ad-hoc assignment

**Requirements**:

- Fresh Graduate are welcome.
- Able to communicate in **Mandarin **in order to liase with Mandarin Speaking Customer.
- Experience in SAP system is an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently.
- Resourceful, independent and meticulous.
- Excellent communication skills.
