Our Client is a multinational corporation (MNC) looking for a SUPPLY FINANCE MANAGER
that will be based in Johor Bahru in their company.
Role and Responsibilities
1. Provide financial and commercial support to business.
2. Handles factory accounts and preparation of financial statements, KPIs and monthly
reconciliations.
3. Provides analysis and understanding of financial performance of the factory operations.
Ensure accuracy, usefulness and understanding of all KPIs. Measure actual performance
to target and work with factory teams to prepare an action plan to address any under
performance.
4. Ensure that financial controls are in place across the factory, which are in accordance to
the Group Policy and actively adhered to.
5. Provides finance leadership and guidance within the factory, contributing fully to the
continuous improvement in factory operational performance and promoting a cost
awareness culture.
6. Work closely with the Production, Planning, Export, Warehouse and IS functions to
ensure that the systems are working smoothly, stock levels are at optimal level, wastages
at minimum etc.
7. Computes and issue price quotations to customers.
8. Participates in continuous process improvements and implementations as well as cost
improvement and optimization.
9. Handles annual stocktakes, periodic cycle counts and other finance and control related
matters..
**Requirements**:
1. Education : Must posses at least Degree in Accounting or equivalent from a recognized
university.
2. Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel is absolutely essential. Strong and have no fear in
IS systems as it is necessary to perform roles.
3. Work arrangements: Monday to Friday [8am-5pm]
4. This position will be based in Johor Bahru and must be willing to commute to work/office
location in Johor Bahru and must be willing to relocate(if required) to Johor Bahru if
hired for position.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM10,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
