- Supervise all incoming products to the office-based warehouse and ensuring it follow procedures and documentations requirements to prevent stock updating inaccuracies
- Ensuring that production processes are in line with the company and regulatory requirements
- Supervise and perform auditing with other production teams & inspection when necessary (upon Management / Superior instruction)
- Compiling reports about product audit and providing management with updates
- To support the team in running an efficient movement of stocks and packaging materials storage
- Perform quality checking on products, determine equipment and material issues
- Pack, organize, and rearrange stocks in office-based warehouse
- Contribute ideas and improvements for department
- Any other ad-hoc tasks will be assigned from time to time
- **Job Requirements**_
- At least 5 years of proven working experience in team leading needed
- Have experience and knowledge on use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Flexible and adapt working in a fast-paced work environment, fast learner
- Ability to communicate, read, and write in Mandarin, English, and Malay
- At least possess SPM or above qualification
- Able to go **outstation** and travelling from time to time
- Willing to work at Publika, KL
