Job scope:
To follow the Standard Operating Procedures where available and ensure that operations run smoothly.
- To compile and update on feedbacks, complaints and escalate to Transport and Casino Marketing immediately.
- To meet and greet guests upon arrival and departure.
- To provide good customer services by attending and giving the correct information to the customers.
- To handle all telephone calls in a professional manner.
- To ensure that the assigned limousine driver waits for the guest at the pickup location.

Requirement - Fluent Mandarin speaking, punctual, dependable and reliable, no criminal record, 21 year and above

Venue - KLIA

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract, Internship, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: From RM3,500.00 per month
