**Key Responsibilities**
- **Business Process Improvement **- Process review and improvement including analyzing existing processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to streamline operations. Develop detailed process maps, documentation, and training materials.
- **Business Operations **- Implement and operationalize new risk controls to ensure regulatory and policies compliance and close any process gaps. Involve in day-to-day business operations including report generations and other administrative work.
- **Project Management **- Assist in the implementation of projects for GWB to ensure that project outcomes provide material benefit and value in line with CIMB’s group wide strategy. The responsibility includes communicating, facilitating, reporting and managing the projects through to closure.
