**Objective**:

- Welcome customers
- Answer the phone and answer guests’ questions
- Explain products, sell tickets for various activities offered and collect payments Ticketing and cash collection for Evolt Karting’s activities.
- Promote group bookings towards individuals
- Assist with group bookings administration
- Assist in event’s organisation
- Receive other operation position training in order to back up a colleague if required

**Job description / Responsibilities**:

- Welcome any customer.
- Answer the phone; give general information about basic products information.
- Dispatch the calls when required.
- Sell Individual products to walk in guests, collect payment, issue membership cards and advise clients on procedure and timings to follow before they proceed to their experience.
- Receive guests with an existing booking, check or issue membership cards and collect related payment if required and advise clients on procedure and timings to follow before they proceed to their experience.
- Get all clients to sign the mandatory disclaimer form if not done on line or on the kiosks.
- Present the deferent formats of group bookings and related prices, hand over specific leaflets.
- Brief interested clients on related booking procedure.
- Issue a daily sales report of cash collected and products sold.
- Provide secretarial and administrative support if and when required.

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
