**Job Description**:
- Perform full sets of accounts process from planning stage to final financial statements from small, dormant companies and corporations
- Restructuring accounts and advice clients
- Review and checking management accounts
- Completing and submission of Income Tax returns
- Perform tax computations and provide tax advisory to clients
- Liaise and communicate with clients related tax matters
- Liaise with different authorities, tax agent and resolves client issues
- Filing Management
- Perform other related duties as required
