**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- To assist organize and manage the safe keeping of documents, records and maintain an organized filing for effective data retrieving.
- To assist accounts executive day-to-day accounting transactions & activities such as filing, record, etc.
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial report and other related tasks.
- Prepare payment voucher, official receipts, invoice and any related to the accounts.
- Maintenance of financial records, including reconciliation and general ledger.
- Undertake any other special assignment, ad-hoc functions and related duties as Account Admin Assistant.
- Preparation for timely closing of monthly account for management review.
- Maintain efficient filling system for audit and statutory requirement.
- Assist in other ad hoc finance & accounting related duties as applicable.
- Preparation for office staff's claims if required.
- Any and all other duties as and when assigned from time to time by the superior.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Preferably at least 1 year working experience in related field is required for this position. **Fresh graduate are welcome**.
- Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Office, MS Powerpoint, MS Word.
- Good accounting & organising skills.
- Fast & effective: high accuracy required.
- Able to work independently or as a team.
- Required language(s): English & Bahasa Malaysia (Able to communicate in Mandarin would be an added advantage, if any).
- Have experience using SQL accounting software will be beneficial.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
