Religious /agama Teacher

**Agama/Religious Teacher (Subjects - Aqidah, Ibadah, Akhlaq, Jawi & Iqra)**

**Primarily responsible to assist Lead Teacher in classroom management; assisting Lead Teacher for preparation of Weekly Activity Plans (WAP), preparing children’s individual observation and portfolios, responsible to preserve classroom cleanliness, and conduct good communication and information flow with parents and Assistant teacher.**

**Any other job functions as may be directed by the management from time to time**
- Assisting in Health Check
- Conducting Agama classes
- Replacement Teacher when teachers go on leave, MC or are on their lunch break
- Assist Lead Teachers in _planning, preparing and implementing_ WAP according to the curriculum framework to ensure properly planned learning sessions
- Provide good _cooperation_ according to work delegation and schedules prepared by Lead Teacher and assist in preparation for teaching materials as planned
- Provide and maintain a warm, safe and caring environment that is kept orderly and clean. Making sure that the environment will allow children to grow and explore
- Interact positively with children and encourage their involvement in all class activities
- Assist _Lead Teacher_ to _maintain a clean and safe learning environment_ by ensuring materials and displays are kept in order
- Assist _Lead teacher_ in _handling _meal/snack/feeding time activities according to their individual needs
- _Study _each child’s individual personal file and must be knowledgeable about their medical and development histories to understand each child’s need
- Assist L_ead Teacher_ to _observe and assess _each children’s ongoing development & performance in the 7 development areas as to understand their strengths and weaknesses
- _Assist Lead Teacher_ to _document _each child’s information into their individual records which will explain in narrative about their learning development. Accumulate and keep each child’s progress record in their individual portfolios.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
