Conveyancing Lawyer Miri

- To handle and attending all conveyancing matters mostly to property, banking and finance, probate & administration, real estate and other related areas;
- Advise clients on all aspects of buying or selling process, including legal issues, finances, and contracts;
- Do necessary legal research and due diligence;
- Liaise with clients, bankers and relevant authorities in government departments; and
- Any other tasks related to conveyancing that are not stipulated above
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is preferred.
- MUST possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in law or possess in the related field.
- Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin would be an advantage.
- Able to work independently with minimum Supervision
- Good in team work, communication and working attitude.
