Account Operation Manager

**Responsibilities**:

- Establish and maintain a **comprehensive financial system** in line with the headquarters' accounting, auditing, and internal control requirements.
- Monitor and work well with subordinates in preparing yearly financial budgets, to ensure clear communication and reporting to headquarters and directors.
- Manage **all accounting-related matters**, including preparing periodic financial statements and reports. And oversee company’s accounting processes, ensuring timely and **accurate financial reporting** in compliance with relevant regulations.
- Assist with **HR and administration-related tasks**, including recruitment, employee relations, and general office management.
- **Ensure compliance with local legal and regulatory requirements**, including taxation, employment, and data privacy.
- Collaborate with other departments to support cross-functional initiatives and drive business growth.
- Monitors office staffs' work performance. Coach subordinates on important aspects of work performance, and where appropriate recommends development plans promotion or further improvement in areas of poor performance.
- **Assist director for decision making** and **problem solving** on daily operation tasks to ensure smooth operation of company.

**Requirements**:

- At least Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Business Studies or equivalent.
- Result-oriented with experience in **budgeting **and **forecasting**.
- Able to communicate with all levels of employees.
- Strong time management, organization, analytical, and leadership skills.
- Experience with cross-functional collaboration at many levels.
- Resourceful and independently with proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Good command and written of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Able to speak and write Mandarin is a must and is an added advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM5,500.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
