**Key Responsibilities**:

- Strategic Market Analysis: Tap your expertise to support in-depth market research and analysis, generating insightful reports that guide our marketing and business strategies.
- Digital Marketing & Branding: Lead the development and implementation of impactful digital marketing initiatives, effectively strengthening the Azendian brand and leadership.
- Creative Content Execution: Be content creator and manager with effective marketing campaign and content leveraging various media and social media channels and tools.
- Marketing Analytics: Employ your analytical prowess to gather crucial data from social media, web analytics, search rankings, and other sources, utilizing the insights to refine and optimize marketing efforts.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Take charge of tracking and reporting on Return on Investment (ROI) of our marketing campaigns, providing stakeholders with clear visibility on reach and impact of initiatives.
- Lead Generation: Support lead generation efforts by building and managing databases, leveraging innovative strategies to attract potential clients to the Azendian Solution.

**Do You Have What It Takes**:

- **Digital Marketing Expertise**: You possess at least 3 to 5 years of proven experience in digital marketing, with strong portfolio of digital media campaigns and marketing collaterals
- **Social Media savviness**: Proficient in utilizing various social media strategies and platforms to engage and grow audience as well as enhance brand visibility
- **Creative story telling**: Versatility in content creation, encompassing experience in creating captivating visuals and well-crafted, engaging content.
- **Video Creating and Editing skills**: Video editing skills is added advantage for developing multimedia content that communicates the Azendian brand and resonates with our diverse stakeholders.
- **Highly Organized & Flexible**: You are flexible with exceptional organizational skills and multi-tasking ability while able to engender trust with your professionalism
- **Collaborative Team Player**: Able to foster strong relationships and team work with diverse colleagues and stakeholders.
- **Experience in Data Analytics for Built Environment is bonus**: An additional advantage would be experience in data analytics business relating to the built environment
