The company has been in the logistics industry since 2005 with the main goal of providing Logistics requirements according to individual exporter and importer’s needs. As their services involve all methods of shipping to and from all parts of the countries, they have a vast network that guarantees their customers goods are monitored and handled throughout the entire transport chain with the same level of commitment and professionalism where it be by Sea, Road or Air.
Position: Accounts Admin Assistant / Exec
Location: Port Klang
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Issue billing and payment vouchers
- Filling documents
- Chase customer payment
- Check and tally supplier payment
- Offset customer and supplier payment in system
- Handle courier invoice to customer
- Handle some weekly or monthly report to superior
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Responsible
- Punctual
- Willing to learn
- Must be from Logistic industry as well.
- Mandarin speaker (malae and female are welcome to apply)
REMUNERATION PACKAGES:
Basic: RM 2, 000 - RM 3, 000 (can go higher if have experience)
EPF, SOCSO, EIS
Benefit:
Annual Leave, Bonus & Etc
Working Days: Mon - Friday, Sat
Working Hours: 8.30 - 5.00pm / 9.00-12.30pm (alternate after probation)
