Being an Administrative Assistant is all about making sure that day-to-day office tasks are done smoothly. It’s about working as part of a team, keeping things in order and undertaking clerical and secretarial duties. To Support the work of Secretary and senior-level Managers.
- Assist in the provision of clerical and administrative support for Design Unit (Distribution& Production)
- Provide support in the co-ordination of the work of the office for which Design Unit (Distribution & Production) is responsible.
- Liaise with other departments, sections and regions where applicable
- Receive incoming documents or parcels, acknowledge and distribute
- Any other tasks as and when assigned by Head of Distribution Sub-Unit and Production Sub-Unit
- To assist Secretary in resolving any administrative problems.
- To assist Secretary to monitor and maintain office supplies for Capital Works Section
- To ensure office equipment are properly maintained and serviced.
- Sending RO Water empty bottle to HQ and collecting the filled bottle, receiving stationery from supplier.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Administration or equivalent
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in an administrative position
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Basic typing skill
- Ability to liaise successfully with all position levels within the groups
- High capacity for responsibility and to be able to use own initiative

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract, Temporary
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
