Hse Manager

**Requirement**:

- Minimum Degree in Health, Safety and Environment (HSE), Engineering or Science.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in project or operations preferably in oil and gas with a minimum 5 years in HSE functions.
- Manage and monitor HSE compliance & requirement in project. Experience in onshore/offshore capital project construction.
- Review and provide technical advice on HSE documentation and execution of project activities. Incident Management Technique i.e. Root Cause Analysis, TOPSET, Tripod Beta etc.
- Risk Management i.e. HER, CAC, Bow-Tie, HIRARC, SWIFT etc. Well conversed in HSEMS and Assurance (ISO 45001, 14001, 9001, COMPANY HSEMS).
- Lead, execute and manage the development and deployment of the structured projects’ HSE management system and programs to meet projects’ objectives through rigor and control in standardization and implementation, stakeholder commitment and COMPANY governance to ensure HSE project performance and to maximize COMPANY value creation & support in the delivery of projects.
