ADMIN KLINIK

LOKASI: ALAM DAMAI, CHERAS

Syarikat mempunyai beberapa cawangan klinik area KL

Tugasan:

- Menguruskan hal-hal pejabat
- Memantau dan Memastikan sales klinik di posting (nurse yg post) dengan prosedur yang betul
- Melawat klinik mengikut jadual yang ditetapkan (jika bos suruh)
- Membuat surat/memo/notis jika diperlukan
- Invois/DO/PO
- Mengemaskini lesen klinik-klinik
- Menyimpan dokumen peribadi Doktor dan Staff dgn baik
- Melakukan hal-hal lain yang diperlukan mengikut keadaan yang diperlukan oleh bos (Doktor)
- **GAJI STARTING RM1600. JIKA ADA PENGALAMAN BOLEH RUNDING DENGAN DOKTOR**

Kriteria yang diperlukan:

- Mahir menggunakan Excel, Word, Powerpoint (Basic)
- Mahir menggunakan komputer
- Tepati masa
- Konsisten
- Semangat belajar benda baru
- Mengikut arahan
- Tiada masalah tingkah laku
- Amanah, bertanggungjawab dan jujur
- Mahir berkomunikasi dalam Bahasa Melayu dan Bahasa English
- Tiada pengalaman boleh mohon juga
- Mempunyai pengalaman dalam bidang pejabat sekurang-kurangnya min 6 bulan
