**The Administrative Clerk physically reports to the office in Kota Bharu, Kelantan.** **This is not a remote position.**

This role performs a variety of clerical, recordkeeping, and customer service tasks to assist with the smooth operation of the organization.

1. Welcomes and directs visitors and clients.

2. Answers and transfers phone calls, screening when necessary.

3. Makes appointments and referrals.

4. Performs data entry and filing tasks for accounts payable, purchase orders, equipment inventory, and confidential employee or departmental files.

5. Receives, records, and distributes packages and mail.

6. Compiles budget data and maintains financial records as requested.

7. Copies, collates and otherwise prepares reports for mailings, meetings, and other correspondence.

8. Maintains filing systems as assigned.

9. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education Requirement:
Diploma or equivalent is required. One year of experience in a clerical role is required.

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
