**Position Overview**:

**Responsibilities**:
1. **Client Collaboration and Relationship Building**:

- Partnering with clients to understand their hiring needs and business objectives.
- Building strong relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor throughout the talent acquisition and selection process.
- Fostering open communication and providing strategic guidance to ensure that the recruitment strategy aligns with their talent acquisition goals.

2. **Talent Scouting and Identification**:

- Employ proactive and industry-agnostic approach to identify top talent for our clients.

5. **End-to-End Recruitment Process Management**:

- Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial engagement to successful onboarding.
- Track progress, maintain accurate documentation, and provide regular updates to all parties involved.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Recruitment Manager, Headhunter, Talent Acquisition Specialist or a similar role, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing strategies, and selection techniques.
- Proven negotiation skills to secure competitive offers and manage the offer acceptance process.
- Experience in managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple client engagements and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment and selection.

**Remuneration and Benefits**
- RM4,500 - RM7,000 of gross salary which include base salary, performance-based incentives, and annual reviews to ensure compensation is aligned with contributions and growth.
- Statutory Contribution: Monthly Season Parking/Travel Pass Allowance + EPF + SOCSO + EIS + Leaves

9.00am-6.00pm, 5-Days Week

**Salary**: RM4,500.00 - RM7,000.00 per month

Schedule:
